Eight days on a single-story home is a long timeline, and the stucco is the reason. This exterior stucco painting project covered all four sides of a home in the Farrelly Pond District of San Leandro, following extensive stucco repair.

The stucco body was coated in Benjamin Moore Flora AF-470, a muted mid-tone green, in a flat finish. The upper stucco and flashing detail went on in Glacier White OC-37, also flat, with the awnings in the same Glacier White in a satin soft gloss.

Background Story:

The homeowner had put off maintenance for a while, and the stucco showed it. Damage across the surface had to be corrected before any coating went on, and that repair work is where most of the schedule went.

Results:
