Photos don't replace the on-site consultation for most projects, but they do shorten it.

Not always. Our consultants call from a range of office and mobile numbers, so if you've requested an estimate, watch for unfamiliar local numbers over the next few days. You'll also receive an appointment confirmation by email and text once the visit is scheduled.
We collect full contact details so the consultant can find the property, confirm the appointment in advance, and follow up with a written proposal tied to the right address. We also retain project records for five years, which is what lets us look up exactly what was applied to your home if you call about a warranty item later.
