3-Month Happy Valley Custom Home Painting in Lafayette, CA

Project Description

This Happy Valley custom home painting project covered the full interior and exterior of a newly constructed residence in Lafayette, CA. Arana Craftsman Painters worked alongside Mascheroni Construction and Laura Martin Bovard Interiors during the three-month ground-up build.

The interior painting scope included multiple living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, stairs, ceilings, trim, and baseboards. The project also included exterior painting for the newly constructed home.

Background/Story

Laura Martin Bovard Interiors brought Arana Craftsman Painters into the project to work with Mascheroni Construction on the new custom home. The painting plan followed a detailed room-by-room finish schedule created for the residence.

Rather than using one wall color throughout, the design called for different neutrals across individual spaces while Ivory Lace provided a consistent ceiling and trim color in many rooms.

Results

The completed residence received coordinated interior and exterior finishes as part of the original construction rather than a later repaint. Room-specific wall colors allowed the interior design to vary by space, while the repeated Ivory Lace ceilings and trim helped connect the rooms.

The three-month painting scope was completed as part of the larger custom-home build in Happy Valley. The painting portion of the project was valued at approximately $120,000 to $180,000.
