Project Description
This project involved a large full home repaint for a property located in the Thousand Oaks Heights neighborhood of Berkeley, CA. The work included painting both the interior and exterior of the home as part of a major renovation. One of the biggest parts of the house painting project was the newly constructed dug-out basement, along with repainting several existing areas of the home.
Inside the home, our team completed painting for the new basement space along with the stairwell, master bedroom, master bathroom, guest room, office, and interior front door. For these areas, we used Benjamin Moore Natura interior paint in OC-149 Decorator White, which provided a clean and consistent look throughout the interior.
The exterior portion of the full home repaint focused on the stucco body and trim of the home. We applied Benjamin Moore Aura in Mink (2112-2) on the stucco surfaces and Decorator White OC-149 on the trim to create contrast and highlight the architecture of the property.
This project required about 8 weeks to complete due to the size of the renovation and coordination with other construction work. The total investment for this full home repaint project was approximately $75,000.

The home belongs to Michael McCutcheon of McCutcheon Construction, and the repaint was part of a larger construction project on the property. The goal was to expand the living space by digging out and building a new basement while also refreshing the appearance of the home.
